Here is a series of common questions we get asked about the delivery of our times. If you cannot find the answer you need please just get in touch!

When will my Item arrive?

Your items delivery date will depend on the delivery method you chose at the checkout.

  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Signed – This is usually a 24 Hour service however this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Please bear in mind if your       order was placed on a Friday or the weekend that Royal Mail don’t operate on Sundays, sometimes this causes the delivery to be extended.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Signed For – This can be two options before 1pm or after 1pm. IF you chose this method please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any issues. Please note all items over £100 are automatically sent via this method.

When can my item be claimed as lost?

Royal Mail do not allow us to make a claim for a lost item until 14 days have passed, we ourselves find this frustrating and unfair, for anyone to wait that long to confirm a lost item. If your item is delayed at all, please just let us know. Please not this is the case regardless of delivery method.

Do I get a reference number?

This again depends on the shipping type you have chosen. We will provide you, through eBay, with a signed for reference number or a tracking number. Tracking numbers only apply to Next Day delivery orders. The signed for reference number is not a tracking number and is only updated on the items arrival at its destination once it has been ‘signed for’ by the recipient. We provide this to you as added piece of mind.

Please make sure to check https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item each day, this is because if Royal Mail attempts delivery they will update the reference on line as well as a paper copy being posted through your door.
